Payment in advance

You can place your order on ledlightdirect in advance.
That means that you ledlightdirect a Proforma Invoice received where all our information is printed on; the amount payable by you with the order number.

Please specify when payment for the order number. At the moment the payment on our bank account we send as soon as possible to your order.

 

Buy on credit (30 day billing retrospect, for businesses)

Business customers can purchase on account LedLightDirect.
This is subject to a few rules:

• You are already a customer of LedLightDirect
• You have placed in us once before orders
• We also receive a delivery like a signed purchase order.

I've already paid for my order in advance, but this has not been sent. How is this possible?

In advance, you need depending on your bank, consider a processing time of two to four days. Once your payment has been received, your order is being prepared for immediate dispatch.

I want to pay by invoice, but this fails, how is this possible?

In some cases payment on account (through internet banking) is not possible:

• The delivery address does not match the billing address.
• The bill for a previous order has not been paid.

You can then use one of our other payment methods.

In some cases, as usual in the online market, we may check your credit using credit reference agencies. The outcome may affect the payment options you have at your disposal. We reserve the right to accept payment option of paying on account for certain orders not and you instead to offer one of the other payment options.
